I came across this chart on my 2nd week of "clean" eating during my diet and exercise regime. I may have already known this, but it's good to refresh my memory.
The chart I can follow. My exercise regime is kinda side tracked because of all the rain, because I tend to walk/run as my exercise.
So pile on these foods to better eating and health.
