Something New

I would like to consider myself  "in-the-know", but I will admit I found this on another blog, and I don't remember what blog  I saw it on. . But it is so simple and and I don't know how I didn't notice it myself.  It is kinda new and is available for us to take advantage of. I think it is so cool and I would love to use it to it's full potential. So first, thank you to the anonymous blog that taught me this.

So for the few of  you who click on me sometimes to see what's new, I share this with you = You can make extra pages on your blog to showcase what ever you would like. Example, see the words below my header? Those are extra pages I have created. Just click on them and see.

You may already know all this. If you do, then why haven't you told me so I could stay up all night playing with it?

Here are the steps to make your extra pages.
Go to the posting page of you your blog (like you are going to do a new post).
Instead of clicking on new post, click on "Edit Pages".
     Then, choose " new page".
Follows the steps and you are done.
You can edit, delete, etc. the new page just like you edit your posts.

You can add up to 10 stand-alone pages such as an "About Me" page. Learn more
Have fun!

  1. That's wonderful information, thanks Gin. I've never added extra pages, but I think I will start for my categorizing: i.e. my crocheted work, Gizzy, Middi...to start with and just post photos of those things on those pages...thanks for clairifying this. I guess I've never sat down to ernestly learn the blogger tools.

Have a wonderful day and again, Thank you!

  2. Yes, thanks Gin, I do like those headers...easy to find popular stuff...thanks for the instructions!

Have a nice day and stay cool. I'm working on a Banana Bunch potholder...seems intricate because all the bananas have to be crocheted seperately and then it needs a backing (not sure if I'll follow through with it...but, we'll see)

    bye for now ;-)
